Meet our speakers:
HHJ Natalie Cuddy was called to the Bar in 2005, appointed as a District Judge in 2019, a Recorder in 2023 and Circuit Judge in 2024. As a District Judge HHJ Natalie Cuddy was the Diversity & Community Relations Judge for Liverpool Civil and Family Court.
Sir Mark Hedley LLD (Hon) DL was a barrister, then a High Court judge. Until recently, he was Deputy President of the Clergy Discipline Tribunals. Currently he is a Visiting Professor of Law, Liverpool Hope University and author of The Modern Judge – Power, Responsibility and Society's Expectations (LexisNexis: 2016).
